2 months old

Sarah is 2 months old today!

Check out these cute little feet...

I tried to capture some photos of her in her rocking chair like I did when she turned 1 month old. She is smiling more now, so I tried to catch some smiles, but it is difficult because as soon as I get the camera out, she is more interested in checking out the big black thing in front of mommy than she is in smiling at me. I caught some cute and funny faces.

I love her little crooked yawns.
Austin was quite eager to sit with her and threw a fit when I asked him to wait one minute so I could take a picture of Sarah in her glider chair. He just adores her and wants to sit with her and hold her and kiss her all the time.

Austin and I also made cookies this morning.
I typically clean his mat with antibacterial stuff, then lay it out on the kitchen floor for all our ingredients and bowls to sit on. Then we sit on the floor and make the cookies together. Austin loves it. This time, he decided to put some brown sugar in a measuring cup and try to "drink" it."Mommy, I'm doing it all by myself!"
He was very proud that he was using the mixer without me holding on to it.After the addition of each ingredient, he asks if it is time to lick the beaters. When he finally gets to, it is quite the treat!Sarah just sat contentedly in her bouncy seat and fell asleep while we baked.
