Happy Halloween!

It has been beautiful weather the past few days and we have enjoyed being able to get outside to the park. It was also great weather for trick-or-treating tonight with my little pumpkin!

We carved pumpkins for Austin this year...Tigger, Pooh, and Eeyore!

Heading out to Trick or Treat.
Treats!
Trick or Treating! He would say "Treats please" or "More treats!"
He did occasionally say "taa-koo" (aka "thank you").

Enjoying a chocolate bar ("treats") after eating a good supper.
Washing down the chocolate bar with yummy milk.
Check out my chocolate beard, mommy!
Chocolate all over the place!
Gramma and Grandpop are here visiting this weekend and Austin is having a great time with them! Here is Austin reading with Gramma before bed...

Austin got an early birthday present from them...a train set!
He always loves playing with the train set on display at Toys R' Us, so while Gramma and Grandpop are here, they got him a train set for his birthday. We spent Thursday evening putting it all together...
Working on building the table...
Getting the tracks all arranged...
Finished product!
He loved it and had lots of fun playing with the trains, cars, bus, and helicopter. He was not sure at first about the noises and lights that go off when the train goes over certain parts of the track, but he soon figured out it was pretty cool and not scary.
We hope you all had a great Halloween! We've got the rest of the weekend to have lots of fun playing with Gramma and Grandpop before we have to say bye bye to them on Sunday. Next weekend, we head up to Nanny and Grandpa's house for Austin 2nd birthday party!

What a packed post!
Loved the Winnie the Pooh carved pumpkins. You are master carvers!
Austin's Halloween costume was really cute. I love the classic costumes; jack-o-lanterns, witches, black cats.

A train set??! That is too cool! My kids also love the one at Toys'R'Us, you are so lucky to have one in your home!
