Austin turned 7 in November, but life was a bit crazy around the holidays, so we decided to wait on his yearly photos until we did Sarah's 4 year photos in January. We got some great photos of all 3 kiddos.
Sarah at 4 years old:
- Weighs 41.4 pounds (88th percentile), is 43 inches tall (96th percentile!).
- Talks a lot! Loves to be silly and tell stories and make up scenarios to play with her Care Bears or her princesses.
- Loves to dress up in her princess dresses and play with her figurines.
- Often insists on picking out her own outfit for the day and can only occasionally be persuaded to wear something Mommy wants her to wear.
- Had her first dance recital recently and really enjoys her dance class.
- Loves preschool and is learning to write her name. She loves to read books with us and is starting to show some signs that she is reading some words on her own.
- Is a great eater! She loves fruits and veggies and eats a great variety of foods. There is very little that she won't eat or at least try. She eats very slowly, however, so we are always waiting for her to finish her meal when the rest of us are long done.
- She LOVES to cook and bake with Mommy. We got her an apron (and a matching one for Mommy) for her birthday and she loves to wear her apron and cook dinner with Mommy.
- Is sweet and sassy. We get some looks from her that we anticipate seeing again in about 10 years as we hit adolescence.
- Is a tough and tender - can rough house with big brother at times or can be upset easily at other times.
- Loves her Grumpy Bear! She sleeps with him tucked into her bed every night.
- Is my little princess and so precious to us!
