Trevor is 7 months old!

Trevor turned 7 months old today!

At 7 months old, Trevor:

- is crawling all over the place (especially to where we don't want him to go).

- is going from his tummy up to a sitting position.

- pulls to a stand on furniture, the fireplace, my lap, etc.

- will walk if you hold him steady under his arms.

- sits really well and can sit steadily and play with his toys.

- puts everything in his mouth.

- LOVES to crawl over to the door stoppers behind the door and make the spring wiggle.  Unfortunately, there is an easily detachable plastic stopper on the end of those (to keep from the door getting scratched on the metal spring stopper), so we keep having to pull him away from the door stoppers...and then he crawls right back over...and we pull him back away from it...and he crawls over to it again.  He is a persistent little bugger!

- has 2 teeth on the bottom (very sharp ones!).

- eats a variety of baby foods, but is getting bored with the baby oatmeal (so plain!). He wants more flavor!

- babbles (It's adorable!) and even says "mama" now and then.

- loves to snuggle on my shoulder and tuck his arms in under him when he is tired.

- is doing well going down to bed in his crib.  We had to put the crib mattress all the way down already, since he can pull himself to a stand on the crib rails. 

- weighs over 21 pounds.  At his last well baby visit a few weeks ago, he was 21 pounds.  Today, I stood on the scale with him, then put him down and subtracted the weights...by that method, I got 21.8 pounds for him (fully clothed).

- wears 9 month size clothes and size 3 diapers (and 12 month size jammies).

- is precious and sweet and wonderful and reminds me every day how lucky I am to be his Mommy!
