Notre Dame Family Game

Every year, we choose a Notre Dame game at which to gather the Brintnall side of the family. Last weekend, we travelled to South Bend to enjoy the Notre Dame vs. New Mexico State game.  A fun time was had by all!

Then across campus to the Dome.

 Trevor got a nice view of the Concert on the Steps.

 It was SO sunny, we had some lighting issues with photos with the Dome.

After the concert, we walked over to the band's march out. Before they line up to march to the stadium, each section does their own tradition.  The saxophones play 2 songs and they pulled Trevor into the center of their circle to direct them while they played.

 Then we headed to the stadium.

Trevor was very excited for his first game in the stadium!

The band was great, as usual.

After halftime, we switched spots so more of the family could sit in Grandpa's seats. Trevor and I went to sit with Nanny, Uncle Jim, Martha, and Kyle.

Back together at the end to celebrate the Irish victory - 66 to 14. 

We ended the day on campus by playing catch in the parking lot, then we headed back to the house we had rented and enjoyed dinner all together.
