After our crazy trip to the Mediterranean, Austin and I took a quick trip up to Houghton, Michigan to visit Michigan Technological University. Spoiler alert - this is where he ended up choosing to go to college!
After that, we headed to fencing Summer Nationals for Trevor. It was over the 4th of July weekend and was in Ohio, so we were able to break up the trip with a visit to Uncle Jim at his lake house for the 4th of July! We got to see Melanie, Kyle, and Gina too!

Trevor did a great job fencing! Even better, he had a great attitude and received compliments on his sportsmanship and demeanor from opponents' families and his coaches! Well done, Trev!
